All rates include linens and towels, internet access and use of the hot tub. Pool is open from mid-April to mid-October.
There are NO ADDITIONAL FEES!!! The price you see is the price you get. This also includes damage waiver (in lieu of security deposit), administrative fees and all other miscellaneous fees imposed by our management company (a total of $200). The only additional items that are not included are taxes and optional fees such as pet fees ($100 currently), pool heat ($400) and travel insurance (varies). Taxes for Dare County are now 12.75% (ouch)!
